South Park: The Fractured But Whole PC Specs Revealed

Ubisoft releases the minimum and preferred requirements to run the game, as well as what cards will be out at the time of its release that can run the game to its full potential.

South Park: The Fractured But Whole, which was arguably one of the best games showcased at E3 2017, has finally unveiled the minimum and recommended specifications needed to run the upcoming RPG on PC, while also giving guidance on what sort of performance fans on the platform will see in the title. In order to do this, the publisher and developer Ubisoft has also provided a helpful list of GPUs supported by the game at release.

With Ubisoft having now published all of the minimum and recommended specifications for the hardware needed to optimally run South Park: The Fractured But Whole on PC, it’s safe to presume that the game’s current release date is locked in and will not require another shift on the calendar. Previously, the title was meant to release last year but received a delay for the fall of 2017.

A sequel to the 2014 game South Park: The Stick of Truth, players will control “The New Kid” residing in South Park. Much like its predecessor, The Fractured but Whole is a role-playing game and maintains several gameplay elements featured in the first game.

This time out the South Park gang will be parodying Marvel movies, with the early announcement offering a piss take on Captain America: Civil War wherein the South Park kids split into competing armies at war over whose idea for a superhero series they should produce. Also, you can play as a girl this time around, which will change the way some of its cast perceives you.

South Park: The Fractured But Whole will launch 17th October on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Pre-orders come with a complimentary copy of South Park: The Stick of Truth.
