Yes, that is cheetah print.
Doomfist was finally added to Overwatch’s PTR last week after months of speculation and rumors in an update that made a series of other changes as well. The PTR is only available on PC, and while the PS4 and Xbox One versions of Overwatch have since been updated, Doomfist is not yet available on console or widely on PC, but is likely to receive him within the month after Blizzard softens his edges.
“You’re impressed. That’s natural.”
Doomfist progression is now available on the PTR!

No Overwatch Doomfist release date has been supplied by Blizzard, although many expect the new Talon leader to be made available before the next event. The Overwatch Summer Games looks set to launch around the same time as last year, meaning an early August launch is expected. It’s likely that the event will launch very close to the release of Doomfist, who recently entered PTR testing. If the development team follow a similar process as they did with Orisa, we could see the anti-hero arrive the week of July 24.

We also got a peek at one of Doomfist’s new sprays, which fits perfectly with Zarya’s arm wrestling spray. Cool.

If you wish to play as Doomfist and test him out before he’s officially launched, you can download the PTR and get to it, installation is quite simple, via playoverwatch.com:
To participate in the public test, you must have an Overwatch game license for Windows PC attached your Battle.net account in good standing (i.e. it hasn’t been suspended or banned).
Step 1: Restart the Battle.net desktop app.
Step 2: Navigate to the Overwatch tab on the left-hand menu.
Step 3: Select “PTR: Overwatch” from the REGION/ACCOUNT drop-down menu.
Step 4: Click “Install” to begin the installation process.
Step 5: Once the PTR client is installed and updated, click “Play” to begin!
Note: In order to access the PTR, you must have installed Overwatch and logged into the game at least once. If the PTR is not available for you after following the steps above, trying logging into Overwatch, exiting the game client, and then launching the PTR again.
