Blizzard adds Hanamura as a playable map in HotS and a few unique skins for its Heroes, including Oni Genji.
The Heroes of the Storm team over at Blizzard Entertainment have been busy. Today they announced not only that the Overwatch character Genji would be playable in Heroes but Hanamura would be a new playable map with payloads.
Of course, you can’t have a new playable map like Hanamura, built from the ground up with all-new assets, without also creating a few new Hanamura themed skins for existing Heroes like Auriel and Zarya. Genji will also receive an alternative skin, the Oni Genji skin. Those of you who play Overwatch will already be familiar with this skin.
The skins do seem to have a wide variety of creativity and themes, but do you think this will be enough to stir up more interest in the game?
