Hail to the King, baby

What an amazing preview of Evil Dead today at the Summer Games Fest 2021! We waited and waited through all of the amazing trailers and previews of other games, but it was well worth it. We got a look at in-game video footage of our amazingly witty heroes.

Decades of Evil Dead come together in this new game for most platforms, and the King himself was there to walk us through every glorious second of this video. You’ll see some of Evil Dead’s most iconic characters; Ash, Scotty, Lord Arthur, Kelly Maxwell, Pablo Simon Bolivar, and more, as well as new dialogue performed by Bruce Campbell and others to make this game even more engaging! Expect some good one liners from our killer group.

An amazing feature with this game, is you don’t have to play the good guy! That’s amazing especially in a series like Evil Dead. Take control of the powerful Kandarian Demon to hunt Ash and other players while possessing Deadites, the environment, and even the survivors themselves as you seek to swallow their souls! You can control so much as the Kandarian Demon, changing the flow of the game entirely.

Whether you’re tearing a Deadite in two with Ash’s famous chainsaw hand or flying through the map as the Kandarian Demon in spirit form, the game captures the look and feel of the Evil Dead franchise in all its glory, with realistically beautiful visuals and the new physics-based gore system that brings the wet into the game.
